ON THE CHARTER OF SHIREROTH

I, Jacob Darylion-Verion, by the grace of the gods serving the Imperial Republic of Shireroth as Kaiser, issue this decree to proclaim and accredit a decision made in the Landsraad by the Shirithian people, which has come to my notice.
