IMPERIAL DECREE Nº 734

ON THE CHARTER OF SHIREROTH

HIS NIFTINESS THE KAISER

I, Jacob Darylion-Verion, by the grace of the gods serving the Imperial Republic of Shireroth as Kaiser, issue this decree to proclaim and accredit a decision made in the Landsraad by the Shirithian people, which has come to my notice.

Strongly believing in the power of the people of Shireroth to make decisions for the good of the entire nation, guided and alleviated by this Mango Throne and the Imperial Government, I have witnessed the proceedings of the Landsraad with absolute delight, being once more strengthened in my conviction that the Imperial Republic of Shireroth is the most blessed and most excellent nation on Micras. Never in history has our planet seen a nation like ours, and it most likely never will.

It is with that sense of pride in our great Imperial Republic and her ancient institutions that I do hereby announce that, after exhaustive and austere deliberation, the great Charter of our Imperial Republic has been amended to read thus:
