The Lady Tlygowa the Lyrist

The Lady Tlygowa the Lyrist is a legendary Elfinshi Lady who, among others, in times ancient beyond the memory of woman founded the Kingly City of Eliria by building the castle of the same name.

Eliria Castle was built to oversee a strategically important part of the River Elwynn. Both the castle and the city that grew around it derive their names from Tlygowa's magical golden lyre, the word "Eliria" being derived from the Elw place name enu elirion, "place of lyres".
