Prince Daniel, Prince of Shireroth (Ašúra Ilāþriái Danīel Maìaqa / ɑ.ʃu˥.ɾɑ i.lɑ˥.ɑ˩θ.ɾi.ɑ˥.i dɑ.ni˥.i˩.ɛl mɑ.i˩.ɑ.qɑ /; born 3 Nomeziooqu 1520) is a former Kaiser of Shireroth (reigning from 1624–26) and the father of the reigning queen of Firnerámnen, Vāstra II; in the latter capacity, he is officially titled Prince Daniel The Prince Father. In Shireroth, he is sometimes referred to as Prince Daniel Ashura to differentiate him from Prince Daniel Kalirion.
Since his mate's abdication as queen of Firnerámnen and his own abdication as Kaiser, he has been a full-time working member of the Firneramnese royal family, supporting the Queen in her official duties, often alongside his mate and other children, as well as undertaking public engagements for a number of ventures of his own. In particular, he has assumed several duties from his cennend-in-law Vraissaþr, Margrave of Vātemar, on account of ver retreat from the public eye and later entrance into the monastery. As well, he attends imperial functions as a Prince of Shireroth, and owns a manor on the island of Zy-Rodun.
He is especially noted for his fondness for literature, art, and wine; and for his leadership from 1631-63 of Salelo, a Shirithian charity that advocates for the civil rights of fellow safir. From 1655 to 1663, Prince Daniel served as the Shirithian ambassador to Hoenn. He renounced his Shirerithian citizenship in the Safirian Exodus of 1663 and relocated to Vessāra state, Firnerámnen, where he is reported to be pursuing a hobby of sculpture.
