Jor Mermaidlover, also known as Jor Sigurhjörtursson of the House of Knýtlinga was an Angsaxon chieftain of Viking desecent from the days of yore who founded the Royal City of Jorvik as well as the Jarlorð of Jorvik. He is, through Laird Tove Grjotgard Ingebjörgsson of the House of Knýtlinga, an ancestor of King Thorstein Noah of Elwynn.
