Imperial Decree 931

NOOR AS-SALAAM, by the Kharenah of Zurvan, Qaisar Baanooye Sathratiye, to her subjects and retainers, greetings, and unto the gods of Shireroth undying and unthinking obsequience.

Know that We, Mibaradardam be Khorshid va Mah Minamaz dadanam Zurvan, have in the first place dedicated to Zurvan this Decree which by his Kharenah is confirmed for Us and our heirs forever.

On the Rebellion in Lichbrook

We give the Lady Nostalgia, Countess of Ura'Bos, the chance to honourably surrender and quash the rebellion in Lichbrook. Our benevolence will know no bounds should she prostrate before the Golden Mango Throne with seeking earnestly the forgiveness of Our Majesty. If she truly seeks forgiveness, We shall look upon such petitions as she may have on the future of her corporeal existence and of Lichbrook with favour. We are open to consider various routes.

Should the Lady Nostalgia not seek forgiveness, We instruct Our Imperial Minister of Military Affairs to immediately travel, with whatever contagion of forces necessary, to Lichbrook to impose on the so-called authorities there the Imperial Rule with whatever means needed to do so.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF We have caused the Imperial Seal to be affixed to this Decree which We have signed with Our Hand. Given at the Keep this twenty-third day of Qinamu in the year after the death of Norton one thousand six hundred and forty-nine.
