Imperial Decree 908

Isabella bint Daniyal Umra Suleiman Simrani-Kalirion ibn al-Majeed bin Sathrati, Khanum of Erianamor, Steward of the Imperial Republic of Shireroth, renders one thousand salaams in the name of:

NOOR AS-SALAAM, by the Kharenah of Zurvan, Qaisar Baanooye Sathratiye, who, by this Imperial Decree, gives unto her subjects and retainers, greetings, and unto the gods of Shireroth, undying and unthinking obsequience.

Know that We, Mibaradardam be Khorshid va Mah Minamaz dadanam Zurvan, have in the first place dedicated to Zurvan this Decree which by his Kharenah is confirmed for Us and our heirs forever.

IMPERIAL DECREE 908: The Permanent Rule of the Line of Ayreon-Kalirion

Whereas the ancestral conventions concerning the Kaisership of the Imperial Republic are no longer suited to the modern age and run contrary to the sacred interests of strong and stable leadership in a properly ordered, coordinated and harmonious realm, we do hereby order:

1. No limit shall be placed on the term of office of the Qaisar Baanooye Sathratiye Noor as-Salaam bint Daniyal Umra Suleiman Ayreon-Kalirion ibn al-Majeed al-Osman bin Sathrati af Ettlingum Freyu Umm Zahir al-Din of Waffel-Paine.

a. Any person who does, by word or deed, profess the desire that the Kaiseress Noor abdicate the Mango Throne, for any reason other than ill-health, shall be guilty of the crimes of treason, sedition and lèse-majesté.

b. Any person, thus convicted, shall, in addition to any penalties established under law, forfeit all land, property and titles to the Crown and shall be deprived of citizenship of the Imperial Republic.

1. Where the Charter specifies that the reigning Kaiser may appoint his or her successor from the citizens of the Imperial Republic, it shall henceforth be understood, in commemoration of the Elwynnese Conquest of Shirekeep, that the succession shall be limited to the descendants of Rashid Arsalani.
2. In the event of the failure of the Line of Rashid Arsalani, the reigning Kaiser may expand the succession to include the descendants of Eskender Kashmal Arsalani.
3. In the event of the failure of the failure of the Line of Eskender Kashmal Arsalani, the reigning Kaiser may expand the succession to include the descendants of Daniel Kalirion.

IN WITNESS OF THE SUBLIME MAGNIFICENCE OF OUR LADY THE RADIANT SUN WHEREOF We have caused the Seal of the Steward to be affixed to this Decree which We have signed with Our Hand.
