Imperial Decree 874

NOOR AS-SALAAM, by the Kharenah of Zurvan, Qaisar Baanooye Sathratiye, to her subjects and retainers, greetings, and unto the gods of Shireroth undying and unthinking obsequience.

Know that We, Mibaradardam be Khorshid va Mah Minamaz dadanam Zurvan, have in the first place dedicated to Zurvan this Decree which by his Kharenah is confirmed for Us and our heirs forever.

IMPERIAL DECREE 874
King Noah: Seneschal of Zy-Rodun

1. We thank Lady Altea Lomax services to the Crown, and We relieve from her duties as Seneschal of Our Marquessate and Dominion of Zy-Rodun.

2. We order and declare that, pursuant to the third section of the Constitution of Our Marquessate and Dominion of Zy-Rodun, the Corporation of the Seneschal shall be vested in Our Lord Husband, His Majesty Noah, King of Elwynn, and that he shall hold such Office during Our pleasure.

3. We authorise and empower Our Seneschal to exercise on Our behalf the legislative and executive authority of Our Marquessate and Dominion of Zy-Rodun, either directly or through officers subordinate to Our Seneschal, with the exceptions to any laws or movements that relate to the Emirati Power or any changes to the Constitution.

4. Our Seneschal shall, immediately before taking office, take the Solemn Affirmation of Allegiance and Execution publicly, which is in the following form:

I, Noah, solemnly and truly declare and affirm, that I will be faithful and bear true allegiance to Her Radiant Majesty and Imperial Magnificence Kaiseress Noor Noor as-Salaam, Emira of Sathrati and Marchioness of Zy-Rodun, Her Heirs and Successors according to law, and I solemnly and truly declare and affirm that as Seneschal, I will faithfully and impartially serve HHer Radiant Majesty and Imperial Magnificence Kaiseress Noor Noor as-Salaam, Emira of Sathrati and Marchioness of Zy-Rodun, Her Heirs and Successors according to law, the people of Zy-Rodun, and the Constitution of Zy-Rodun, in accordance with the law of this island.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF We have caused the Imperial Seal to be affixed to this Decree which We have signed with Our Hand. Given at the Keep this eighteenth day of Qinamu in the year after the death of Norton one thousand six hundred and forty-six.
