IMPERIAL DECREE Nº 721

ON FOREIGN POLICY OBJECTIVES

HIS MAJESTY THE KAISER

The Imperial Ministry of the Exterior is especially charged with

1. attempting normalization with Apollonia and putting an end to the disputes between the governments;

2. attempting normalization with the Amokolian government outside the jurisdiction of the Elwynnese Union;

3. negotiating treaties on borders, particularly maritime borders, with all neighbouring states;

4. negotiating a treaty with the Amokolian government outside the jurisdiction of the Elwynnese Union, in conjunction with the government of the Elwynnese Union, on matters of intra-Amokolian importance such as trade, borders, border crossing, cultural and educational cooperation and exchanges;

5. staffing embassies (and salarying ambassadors);

6. attempting normalization with Hamland;
