The Right Honourable Hanns Drumpf Zir Spectabilis, Imperial Commissioner of Equipment and Support was appointed in 1643 by Kaiser Dominus to reform the Shirerithian Supplies Service in the wake of its woeful performance during the Civil War in Goldshire and a series of late, over-budget and unaffordable procurement projects, including the ill-starred reverse-engineering of the F-35 SVTOL stealth fighter for the Imperial Navy of Shireroth.
