The 1624 Kaiser elections were held after the abdication of Kaiser Verion I was announced (the abdication took effect immediately upon the election of a successor). The victor of the election was Prince Daniel Ašura, Marquess of Zy-Rodun, who ascended the throne as Kaiser Daniel III.

There were two candidates for the election, Prince Daniel who received 5 votes and Hallbjörn Haraldsson who received 3 votes. There was one write-in: a vote for Benito Mussolini. The Kaiser abstained, and the Prætor (Jonathan Ayreon-Kalirion) did not vote in accordance with the rules.
