I know I haven't been very active around here lately, partly because of my college exams and partly due to moving back home for the summer. Since the concection here sucks and I'll be abroad for August, I'm formally announcing an (already existing) LoA until October ...

I also endorse this contract, as currently I'm not able to devote enough effort to Northhold.

I know you're right, my initiative level has just been low recently - as has everyone's, it appears, though that looks like it's changing now.

I am in fact active, and have been posting and lurking with reasonable frequency over the last while - there has just been very little to do.

I'm not sure this is a good idea. I know there's a lot of talk about "We don't need good relations with anyone else!" but actually, we do. Presenting a military rather than administrative face won't help with that. At all.
