Jacobus Kahunamea Loki (born 1515 in Lac Glacei, died ?) was a Shirerithian former kaiser. Reigned as Kaiser Loki III (1544–1547) and Kaiser Loki IV (1584–1587). Antikaiser (as Kaiser Loki II) to Kaiser Hasan I in 1537 and to Kaiser Ayreon in 1541. Briefly Duke of Elwynn in 1551. Senator of Elwynn 1573–1600. Steward of Shireroth 1535–1541.

A member of the Jacobus family, he was the son of Jacobus Kahunamea and the father of Raynor Jacobus Loki.

Antikaiser (Loki II)

Serving as Steward under Kaiser Mors V (reigned 1533–1537) from 1535 onwards, Jacobus was considered the heir apparent. However, upon Mors's death (with no heir explicitly named), Hasan Jahandar, a Babkhi from Elwynn, managed to get the support of the nobility for the kaisership. After a hefty argument and a near civil war, Hasan and Loki made a truce in late 1537 that would make Loki Hasan's steward throughout the reign.

After Kaiser Hasan I had died, Loki claimed the throne once more, but the nobility and the Judex gave their support to Rashid Arsalani (Kaiser Ayreon), the newly abdicated shahanshah of Babkha, who had been named heir in the kaiser's will.

During the reign of Kaiser Ayreon, Loki went into exile out of humiliation and was unaware of Ayreon's will naming him heir to the throne. So, after Ayreon's death, Ayreon's Steward Oroigawa Koreyasu took on the reins of government until Loki's return.

When Loki finally returned to Shireroth, he took the name Loki III (so to lay claim to his antikaisership of Loki II as legitimate). As kaiser, Loki took the motto Shireroth sumus – Tempus in parte nostrum est ("We are Shireroth, time is on our side") which later became the national motto of Shireroth.
