Imperial Decree #373: Duke of Yardistan
To all Shirerithians, greetings!
Due to the lack of constructive activity on the part of the current Duke of Yardistan, Jess, as well as his obvious lack of judgment, I hereby create Bacchus Duke of Yardistan. If he does not want that title, he may do with it as he pleases, except hand it back to Jess.
