CONTRACT

1. The Barony of Elwynn and the Duchy of Northhold shall henceforth be bound in a union styled the Boreal-Elwynnese Duchy (BED).

2. Upon passage of this Contract, the baronies of Northhold shall cease to exist, and Northhold itself shall cease to be a duchy and will instead form a barony under Ryan Caruso.

3. The Duke of BED shall be Ric Lyon (Andelarion).
