Co-founder of the Antica in 2003, co-despot of the Dinarchy of Antica, statesman in the Antican Republic until its dissolution in 2013. Temporarily resided in Natopia and Elwynn before settling in Shireroth. Main characters are all members of House Octavius.

Commandant Octavius Me -- Dinarch and commander of the Antican (later Imperial) Navy. Later retconned into a line of rulers with an origin to Kaikias.

Aiomide Oqtavion -- Member of Elwynnese nobility, elevated to Mango Throne by the Landsraad, by virtue of maternal descent from the Line of Kalir. Refounded House Octavius and established the County Palatine of Kezan as the house's seat.
Mira Octavius-Aryani -- Genetic persona in House Octavius that holds the title of Count Palatine.
