By my hand,
Due to new law passed in the Viking Empire of Stormark, Harald of Ettlingar Freyu is unable to hold citizenship in Shireroth. Seeing as he has delayed his emigration until he has been replaced as Minister of Immigration and Naturalization, and seeing as I do not wish to interfere with the law of Stormark, I enact the following:
1) Harald of Ettlingar Freyu is hereby relieved from his duties as Minister of Immigration and Naturalization.
a) The emigration of Harald of Ettlingar Freyu is hereby approved.
2) Oroigawa Koreyasu shall fill in as temporary Minister of Immigration and Naturalization until His Niftiness, Kaiser Agni I, appoints or the Dukes of the Landsraad elect a full-time minister.
Done this Somnisday, the 12th day of Ifnin.
