Blackrock Nua is the capital of the County of Blackrock. Since 3031 ASC the city is also the capital of the Duchy of Kildare.
The Ducal Governement
In Blackrock Nua the Barons meet each other to advise the Duke in the interior affairs, they form the Ducal Governement of Kildare.
Military
The headquarter of the Army of the Count of Blackrock was located in Blackrock Nua. It's planned to replace it by the headquarter of an unified Kildarian army, the Kildarian Ducal Forces.
