Vilhelm von Benkern is a micronationalist who has been a citizen of Shireroth for much of the time since 26 November 2007 (3034 ASC). He has performed many roles, from Duke of Yardistan, long-time Count of Mar Sara, Arbiter, and also took on the role of Kaiser as Kaiser Yardistanislaus I.
He is also an Op or something on the ShireWiki.
Outside Shireroth, he has held micronational citizenship in a wide variety of nations, including Babkha, Antica, New Britannia, Aryasht, Abiwyn, Khalypsil, USSC, Bosworth, and Stormark to name a few.
