IMPERIAL DECREE 793: A Scribe for Raynor's Keep

Hear! Hear!

We do by this Our Imperial Instrument appoint Her Royal Highness Jarla Yumi Zotrasdóttir of the House of Kviteseid, Jarla of Gudridsbýur, to the office and position of Scribe of Raynor's Keep.

So Decreed in this Six Thousand Two Hundred and Sixth Year since the Founding of the Sector by the Hand Imperial of Hjalmar Heirðrson at the Kaiseral Court at Raynor's Keep.
