Imperial Judex

The Imperial Judex, a judicial body that is used for the purpose of settling feudal contract disputes as well as determining the legality of actions by various bodies within Shireroth. Erik Metzler was appointed to the position shortly after its activation. It allows citizens to address grievences either amongst each other or with the laws without busying the Kaiser. Cases are judged by the Provost--there is no jury.

Became prominent during the reign of Kaiseress Semisa I.
