Trantor IV (known by some as K.T. or Katy) was Kaiser of Shireroth in the sixth Era. His reign was short and sparked a considerable amount of criticism (being called the most hated Kaiser ever in Kildare). Trantor abdicated in 5311 A.S.C., handing over power to the Landsraad.
