The King of Elwynn is the monarch and head of state of the Imperial State of the Imperial Republic of Shireroth which is known as the Elwynnese Union. The present King of Elwynn is Thorstein Noah Hallbjörns- og Esthersson of the Houses of Ayreon-Kalirion and of the Descendants of Freyja.

Powers

The King of Elwynn is an absolute monarch with all executive, legilative, judicial power in the Flower of the North vested in Him by the Constitution of the Elwynnese Union. The aforesaid constitional document also providies the few limits of the King's powers.
