A King of Machiavellia, itself a neighbour and ally of Shireroth, who married into the Line of Raynor and installed himself in Shirekeep thus earning acclamation as Kaiser.

Kaiser Edwin I is known to have visited the Shirerithian County of Highpass, and congratulated the Steikfaat champion Spleazure before he transcended.
