Old time citizen of Cyberia. Served as Praetor (Governor) of Menet Province. Lead the movement for the Menet Free State, (more properly referred to as the Menetian Free Province) thus becoming a martyr for Cyberian freedom.

Also served in a leadership capacity in Choconya.
