Nephew and heir of Emperor Jacobus. Ruled over the Imperial House briefly. Founded the exile realm of Absentia as part of Puritania. Recruited Admiral James D. Quirk for 'special projects.
Relinquished his position on his uncle's return from a parallel dimension.
He is currently leading the protective forces of the Federal Republic of Cyberia in Puritania as well as the revived Rally for the Imperium.
