[[Scott Alexander]] took the name Kaiser Los III upon succeeding [[Kaiser Alejian I]] as ruler of Shireroth on July 31st, 2005. Formerly a citizen of Yardistan, his first act was to create the ShireWiki with the help of Minister of Information Osmose. Kaiser Los is in the Imperial Bloodline of Kalir, along with Los I and Los II
