Imperial Decree #278: Period of mourning for the loss of Kaiser Mors V
I Decree an indeterminate period of mourning for the loss of our beloved Kaiser Mors V.
I Further Decree Open Season on the assassins. (I know, the direct ones were killed by the Kaiser and his guard, but they have co-conspirators, associates, whose property can be seized by the State.) Preferred weapons to be hand grenades, bazookas and crossbows. Bring ears and eyebrows for validation. Prizes will be awarded for creativity. Remaining remains are to be used as fertilizer for Malarbor.
