Julian Starr was a micronationalist who went around the block a few times.
Julian was involved in Interland and Lyrica. At one stage or another he had something to do with Tymaria, where the Shirerithians remember him for having led an anti-Shireroth faction.
Julian founded the Commonwealth of Puritania and was her first Lord Protector. Perhaps out of Nostalgia, Starr proceeded declare that he had annexed both Interland and Lyrica to the commonwealth of Puritania. Due to Puritania's idealistic open citizenship policies, this generated a lot of activity as every man and his dog entered Puritania to vote against the move.
He is believed to have, at times, been citizens of two of the sectors oldest micronations, the Kingdom of Morovia and Cyberia. I also remember something about him and Attera for some reason.
Rumours of Julian Starr's return to micronationalism are completely false. See Lysander Spooner.
