Felicia is an alternate name for the Province of Mala in Cyberia. It was Changed by fiat after the First War of Cyberian Liberation in order to punish the Mala'anje people for supporting Michael Rosario and the United Provinces of East Cyberia against an early manifestation of the Cyberian Oligarchy.
The name was restored to Mala by the Federal Republic of Cyberia.
