Mahamantotarebadum I, or Mahamtot I, is the current selfdeclared and crazy kaiser of Shireroth.
The name is taken by Praetor Jonas so he could build up the inactive Shireroth again. He called himself the Kaiser and Lord Protector of the New Imperial Republic of Shireroth.
