The Monarchy of Elwynn

The King of Elwynn is the monarch and head of state of the Imperial State of the Imperial Republic of Shireroth which is known as the Elwynnese Union. The present King of Elwynn is Thorstein Noah Hallbjörns- og Esthersson of the Houses of Ayreon-Kalirion and of the Descendants of Freyja.

Symbolism

The King is the Embodiment of the Elwynnese Union and its Sovereignty, Unity and Permanence.

Powers

The King of Elwynn is an absolute monarch with all executive, legislative and judicial power in the Flower of the North vested in Him by the Constitution of the Elwynnese Union. The aforesaid constitional document also providies the few limits of the King's powers. The King enjoys full and absolute Crown Immunity.

Since 1640, however, the King has delegated His judicial power to the Royal Courts of Justice, to wit: the Court of Star Chamber and the Court of Castle Chamber as well as the subordinate Law Courts existing within the aforesaid Courts of Law.
