Title of Emperor Jacobus, used in Lac Glacei during Shririthian overlordship and under the independant Grand Duchy.
The title reflected his status as Founder and as an arbiter of last resort. Actual power was held by the Grand Duke (Ryan Caruso) and under Shirereoth by the Baron.
Although the title is still used an an honorific in Lac Glacei, actual power is now invested in the President and legislature of the Federal Republic of Cyberia.
