The legal term Princely Precincts denotes the First-Tier Subdivisions of the Elwynnese Union. Aside from those Princely Precincts of which the government is vested in the White Orchid Throne, every Princely Precinct is ruled in the name and on behalf of the King of Elwynn by a Royal Governor appointed by the aforesaid Kingly Throne of Elwynn.
