The '''County of Elsyran''' is the largest county of the Kingdom of [[Goldshire]] and holds the State Capitol, Goldshire Hamlet. Elsyran was formed as a federated union of three historic Goldshirean counties (Syrelwynn, Ran, and Elsynar) following their partitions in the aftermath of the Goldshirean Civil War. It is essentially a second Goldshire in miniature, with the King being replaced by a Count, Counts being replaces with Viscounts, and so on. | |||
