The Starship "Improvise" was built in stationary orbit over Micras using DSSI and other advanced technology under the authority of Emperor Jacobus II of Absentia. The House of Bonaparte-Stuart-Kahunamea financed it's construction. It was intended to be the first Starship of the Puritanian Starfleet.
It is commanded by Admiral James D. Quirk.
When Puritania collapsed into civil conflict, the "Improvise" was in deep space and survived the conflict. The ship now serves in a fleet not based on any micro-world, but visits on occasion.
The last known location of Baron Austi Scot was reported to be on board the "Improvise", receiving advanced medical treatment.
