Bill Dusch is a citizen of the Imperial Republic of Shireroth. He was also an instrumental figure in Menelmacar and a proponent of the Soloralist religion. For a time he held the throne of Shireroth as Kaiser Meskan II. He was briefly deposed by the self styled Kaiser Nicodemus I, but was shortly restored.
