IMPERIAL DECREE 774
On the Transelwynn Territory
The Transelwynn Territory is hereby, by our right and command as Kaiser, and pursuant to Article 2.f. of the Treaty of the Two Bears, dissolved and its Instrument of Government, as well as all other legislation in force in the aforesaid Imperial Dominion, shall cease to have effect.
The Mishagrad District of the Transelwynn Territory is, in accordance with Article 2.f. of the Treaty of the Two Bears, hereby granted to the People's Soviet Republic of Mishalan and the remainder of the aforesaid Imperial Dominion is hereby, pursuant to the self-same Article 2.f., likewise granted by Us to the Elwynnese Union and to be known, in accordance with the aforesaid treaty stipulation, as the Vale of Angularis.
