The Lady Lilja Rígsdóttir, also known as Lilja the Devout, is the foundress and first High Priestess of the Thingeyri Temple as well as the first Queen Mortal of the Ancient Ways. It was said that She was a daughter of the God Ríg, a claim that She never confirmed or denied. She was insturmental in the creation of the pactation between the Vanafolk and the Vanic Lords and Ladies Divine which is known as the Ancient Covenant.
