Kongsvinger (formerly Cape Einhorn, after the headland of the same name) is an Elwynnese city and bailiwick in the northernmost part of the Amokolian mainland. Home to Vapítihjörtur College of the People's Academy of Elwynn. Kongsvinger lies just south of Cape Einhorn, the northern-most point of Amokolian Benacia, which is named after Prince Tarjei Einhornsson.
