The Monarchy of Elwynn
Earl of Lyonesse is an Elwynnese title of royalty appertaining to the person who is fourth in the Line of Succession to the White Orchid Throne.
Creation
The title was created, at the request of the Council of Eliria, by the Third Article of the Royal Decree called On the Earldoms of the Joijnie d'l'Elwyjn:
3. We do hereby decree that from hereupon the person who is fourth in the Line of Succession to the Kingship of the Joijnie d'l'Elwyjn shall, as expression for the love and affection of the Ayreon-Kalirion and Ettlingar Freyu Dynasty for the Lady Esther Isles, bear the title of Earl of Lyonesse.
