Imperial Decree #428: Repealing Steward's Decree 427
By the power invested in me by the Gods,
1. Decree 427, written by Steward Tosha, is hereby revoked.
2. Instead, option three is declared Imperial Law!
3. One isn't bad, but Two is too much of a compromise.
