Imperial Decree #431: Steward of Kildare
By the power invested in me by the Kaiser,
1. Due to the absence of the Dutch of Kildare and his ensuing inability to perform his Landsraad duties, I hereby appoint Bill Trihus Steward of Kildare with all the powers usually conferred on such an office, including the right to vote in the Landsraad.
