Nicolas Raglan was the first Praetor of Shireroth. He was also election commissioner of Tymaria.
According to the Apollo Skyline of June 22, 2002 (ASC 1051)-
[i]-Shireroth has appointed Nicolas Raglan its first Praetor. He beat his opponent, James of Kildare, by a wide margin. His duties will include presiding over the Landsraad.
-The Tymarian Prime Executive Elections are soon to be held. Nick Raglan is Election Commissioner. Tony Au is currently the only candidate to be nominated.[/i]
Also, under Imperial Decree 15, he was created Duke of Lothlaria.
