Nicolas Raglan

Nicolas Raglan was the first Praetor of Shireroth. He was also election commissioner of Tymaria.

According to the Apollo Skyline of June 22, 2002 (ASC 1051)-

-Shireroth has appointed Nicolas Raglan its first Praetor. He beat his opponent, James of Kildare, by a wide margin. His duties will include presiding over the Landsraad.

-The Tymarian Prime Executive Elections are soon to be held. Nick Raglan is Election Commissioner. Tony Au is currently the only candidate to be nominated.

Also, under Imperial Decree 15, he was created Duke of Lothlaria by Kaiser [[Los I}}.
