American micronationalist who joined the Kingdom of Babkha in October 2002 under the name Rakesh Maziar Ackbar. In Babkha he held various positions, such as Vizier of Foreign Affairs and officer in Babkhan army. At a later date he also became citizen of Shireroth, where he worked on the Indian-themed Barony of Amarr.
