The last Emperor of the Empire of Khaz Modan, born to Kaltor Me'Jilliad, Niglai Me'Jilliad was forced to leave and flee to the mainland of what would become Shireroth when the Empire of Khaz Modan fell. He sought refuge with the Duchess of the city-state of Brookshire, Fola Helipov, in b2447ASC. The two, over time, fell in love and concieved a child in b2430; they named him Raynor Me'Jiliad. Niglai Me'Jiliad died in b2408.
