Kaiser Hasan I is dead. As ordained and fortold by the Gods, I assume the Golden Mango Throne. There being some matters requiringf immediate attention, I decree-
I, Kaiser Hasan I of the Imperial Republic of Shireroth, Regent of the Kingdom of Babkha, Duke of Elwynn do state the following as my last will upon my death.

1- <br>
The statement called decree #286 (the one he made while insane, not the Decree 286 of the Gold Nixon) by my predecessor is null and void. We will consider that the preesures of the great responsibilities of his reign coupled with extreme age drove him to madness, and that fate ordained that he not survive to undo his faults and honor the comittments that he had made in the past. I urge Shirithians to recall and celebrate his victories with pride, and to excuse his faults.  


2-<br>
1. I name Baron Andelarion of the Elw, Count of Eliria and Utasia, Lord of Cape Farewell as my heir and successor to the Throne of the Imperial Republic of Shireroth, that he, an experienced leader, shall bring this state to even higher levels of glory.
Consequently, no actions shall be taken against anyone, corporately or individually, on account of the temporary madness of the late Kaiser, or on account of said individual acting on the late Kaiser's temporary madness, providing they acknowledge Loki II as the rightful Kaiser.


3- <br>
2. That the sword I requested to be forged be completed and guarded as a national treasure as per the designs stated in the original request.
In particular, no one shall raise a hand against Lord andelarion, beloved of our predecessor. After Lord andelarion acknowledges Loki II as Kaiser of Shireroth, he shall be under the direct protection of the Kaiser. This does not exclude him from feudal duties to those to which he may owe them.


4-<br>
3. That Harald of Froyalan shall replace Jacobus as Steward immediately and without reservation.
A general Amnesty is declared for any actions taken in connection with these events.

4. That former Kaisers of the Imperial Republic of Shireroth shall enjoy immunity before the law and be protected against prosecution or act of the Landsraad.
Mourning is declared for the late Kaiser Hasan. As Kaiser, he is entitled to a BOO/\/\/\/\ist funeral if his family so desires.

Imperial Decree 287

(The status of Decrees 286 & 287 became muddled. Dual decrees were issued by Hasan I and by Loki II. Most authorities place this as the actual 287.)

I, Kaiser Hasan I of the Imperial Republic of Shireroth, Regent of the Kingdom of Babkha, Duke of Elwynn do state the following as my last will upon my death.

1. I name Baron Andelarion of the Elw, Count of Eliria and Utasia, Lord of Cape Farewell as my heir and successor to the Throne of the Imperial Republic of Shireroth, that he, an experienced leader, shall bring this state to even higher levels of glory.
