The Seanad is the legislatif chamber of Kildare and forms the Ducal Governement with the Council of Mills.
Seanad
- The Seanad exist out of the Kildarian Barons, they have each one vote.
- The Seanad can veto the vote of the Duke in the Landsraad.
- If the veto get support of the majority, and at least three Barons voted, then the Duke is forced to abstain.
- The Seanad can get dissolved by the Council of Mils in periods of martial law.
