Issued by Steward Jacobus Loki Wed Apr 23, 2008
Until the settlement of the situation outlined in Decree 282, the emergency chain of command is to be as follows: the Steward (acting in place of the Kaiser) the Preator the Arbiter the Duke of Straylight.
